Nicholas and Jessica love each other. They also love food that looks good, tastes good and is conducive to a healthy lifestyle. Jessica tends to be a vegan. Sometimes she is tempted by wild salmon or some fresh eggs. Nick tends to be a vegetarian but every once in a while he splurges on a nice rib-eye. Jessica is the chef and CEO of this blog while Nick is the blog’s art director and resident gardener. Jessica has studied at the California Culinary Academy and is currently studying holistic nutrition through the Southwest Institute. She is available for personal nutrition planning here.
